Most public pages, yes. I cannot access content behind a login, sites that load their data with JavaScript, or sites that actively block bots. Send me the URL before ordering and I will check it for free.

Can I re-run the scraper myself later?
Yes, that is the point. You keep the tool and its config, so you can refresh your data whenever you want at no extra cost.
Is this legal?
I only scrape publicly accessible pages, respect robots.txt and use rate limits so the site is not overloaded. I do not accept jobs that require bypassing logins, paywalls or anti-bot protections.
