I offer calm and intuitive remote energy sessions designed to support balance, grounding and emotional ease. Each session is guided by the present moment and adapted to your individual state, allowing your energy system to gently reorganise at its own rhythm. You don’t need to do anything during the session — you can simply rest or relax in your own space. My background includes studies in psychology, which supports a grounded and respectful approach.
