I organize construction submittals, RFIs, logs, action items, and project documentation so your team can see what is due, who owns it, and what needs attention.

I bring hands-on electrical project-management experience to document control. I can clean up an existing log, build a practical tracking system, review current status, identify missing or stale items, and prepare a concise report for the project team.

Deliverables can include Excel trackers, responsibility assignments, due dates, aging, priority flags, status summaries, and organized supporting files. I can also provide recurring weekly support for remote construction administration.
