Q: What do you need to get started?
A: A sketch/PDF/photo, measurements, material & thickness, and any tolerance or bend-table info. If you don’t have everything, send what you do and I’ll advise.
Q: Which file types will you deliver?
A: STEP / IGES, SolidWorks files (.sldprt/.sldasm) if ordered, PDF drawings, DXF flat patterns.
Q: Are files ready for laser cutting / bending?
A: Yes — DXF flat patterns and bend notes are prepared for cutting/bending. Confirm your shop’s preferred nesting/bend allowances if you have them.
Q: Can you model assemblies and provide a BOM?
A: Yes — available in the Standard and Premium packages. Full BOM and assembly drawings are included with the Premium package.
Q: Do you design to specific material thicknesses and K-factors?
A: Absolutely — specify material (e.g., 16 ga 304 SS) and any K-factor or bend table. If you don’t have a K-factor, I’ll use standard shop practice and note assumptions.
Q: Can you work from physical parts or photos?
A: Yes — I can reverse-engineer parts from clear photos or a physical sample. Detailed measurements are always best for tight tolerances.
Q: What if I need faster delivery?
A: Choose the Rush Delivery gig extra or message me before ordering so I can confirm feasibility and turn-around time.
Q: What is your refund / cancellation policy?
A: I aim for full satisfaction — if you’re unhappy I’ll revise until the included revisions are used. Refunds follow Fiverr’s refund/cancellation rules; message me and I’ll work to resolve the issue first.
