No, intro, outro, and quiz slides are added for FREE. However, you should limit your quiz questions to 3-5 questions only. For Level 2 and 3 packages, you can only have 3 questions depending on the complexity of interaction.

Yes, voice over maybe added with additional fee but you should provide the voice/audio recording. I can help you to edit the audio recordings by removing noise sounds.

The final course output is in HTML 5 and SCROM formats.
