I will set up a custom crypto portfolio and fifo cost basis tracker in sheets
About this Gig
Trades spread across exchanges and wallets? I'll set up a crypto record-keeping tracker in Google Sheets (or Excel) for your coins and accounts.
I'm the creator of Campus Grid. I build this on my own tested tracker template and personalize it for you:
- Trade log with your coins, chains and wallets/exchanges
- FIFO cost basis per sale, including partial lots (formulas only, no scripts)
- Short-term vs long-term split by holding period
- Check column that flags overselling and out-of-order rows
- Holdings, average cost, and unrealized P&L from prices you enter
- Yearly realized-gains summary to hand to your tax preparer
- Dashboard with allocation and P&L charts
Record-keeping only. This is NOT financial, investment or tax advice. It uses pooled FIFO and the US 1-year rule; verify with a tax professional. No live prices. Never send keys or seed phrases.
How I work: I sometimes use AI tools to help draft formulas or layouts. I personally review, test and approve everything before delivery. Prefer a fully manual, no-AI build? Tell me before ordering and I'll do it that way at no extra cost.
Message me first if unsure.

FAQ
Is this tax or investment advice?
No. It's a record-keeping tool only. I don't give tax, legal, financial or investment advice, and I don't recommend buying, selling or holding anything. Check results with a tax professional or tax software.
Do you need my exchange login or API keys?
No, never. Don't send passwords, API keys, private keys or seed phrases. A CSV export of your trade history is all I need.
Does it pull live prices?
No. You enter current prices yourself (with a 'price as of' date), so there are no add-ons, scripts or API connections.
Does it work outside the US?
It uses pooled FIFO per coin and the US-style 1-year holding period. Rules differ by country, so treat it as a record, not a filing.
