Which time zones do you cover?
I'm based in Colombia (UTC-5) and have worked for years with US teams on Pacific time. Most of my day overlaps with US and LATAM business hours, and partly with Europe.
Which tools do you work with?
Jira, ClickUp, Notion, Asana and Azure DevOps. If your team already uses one of these, I work inside your setup.
Can you join our live meetings?
Yes. In the Standard and Premium packages I facilitate sprint planning, dailies, reviews and retrospectives over Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.
Do you offer ongoing or monthly support?
Yes. After the first order I can send a custom offer for weekly or monthly Scrum Master or PM support.
Are you technical?
I'm a former web developer (JavaScript, PHP, e-commerce) and have worked with GitLab, CI/CD, Docker and Azure DevOps, so I can follow technical discussions and dependencies. I don't write production code as part of this gig.
What extras can I add to my order?
You can add faster delivery to the Basic package (1 day, +$20), additional revisions (+$20 each, 1 extra day), and an extra week of Scrum Master or PM support (+$220, 7 days) to keep working together after your package ends. Message me if you need something different and I'll send a custom offer.
