Configured and deployed a fully functional job board using WP Job Manager Pro Bundle on an existing WordPress website. Handled setup of key add-ons including Resume Manager, Job Alerts, Paid Listings, Applications, Bookmarks, and Job Tags. Integrated Stripe payment system for monetized job postings, including pricing structure and listing durations. Built and optimized employer and candidate workflows, enabling seamless job submissions, resume uploads, and application processes. Created and mapped custom fields (such as language skills) to match business requirements, ensuring accurate data structure and search functionality. Tested and validated CSV import processes for jobs, employers, and candidates, allowing smooth large-scale migration handled by the client’s team. Delivered a scalable, cost-efficient self-hosted job platform, replacing a third-party service and improving overall control and performance.
