I map your processes as they really run today: who does what, in which tool, with which data, and where it stalls. Then I mark where time is lost and which steps are worth automating first.

You get a set of plain text files, one per process, with every step, owner, tool, decision rule and exception written down, plus a flowchart and a ranked list of improvements. Your team can read them. A developer or an AI agent can build straight from them.
