I write complete submissions for children's homes, supported accommodation, supported living and domiciliary care providers: DPS and framework applications, selection questionnaires, full tenders and social value answers.
Councils score care tenders against a published marking scheme. With 20+ years in social care, I have sat on council evaluation panels scoring them, and managed contracts from both sides, so every answer is written the way an evaluator reads it.
How it works:
1. Message me with the tender and closing date. The Basic package is a full review of the tender pack: a compliance checklist, a straight view on whether to bid, and a fixed price for the whole submission. The fee is credited in full if you go ahead.
2. You send your policies and evidence. I write, you review and approve.
3. Before delivery, every answer is checked against the tender's instructions, word limits and format.
DPS and framework applications are available as packages. Full tenders, call-offs and larger frameworks are quoted as a custom offer after the review, paid in milestones.

How much notice do you need?
As much as you can give. Message me as soon as the tender is published and I will tell you straight away whether the timescale is workable. Extra-fast delivery is available on every package.
Which care services do you cover?
Children's homes and supported accommodation, supported living, and home and domiciliary care. If you are not sure your service fits, message me before ordering.
Can you review a bid we have already written?
Yes. I read your complete draft the way an evaluator would, against the published marking scheme, and show you where it is likely to lose marks and how to fix it. Message me for a custom offer.
Will our information stay confidential?
Yes. Your tender is never reused for other clients, and I never write for a rival bidder on the same lot.
Can you guarantee we will win?
No one honestly can. What I can promise is that every answer is written to the marking scheme and every instruction in the tender is met, so you are not marked down on anything avoidable.
Do you write the whole tender?
For DPS and framework applications, yes: I complete the selection questionnaire and write the quality answers (up to 6 in Standard, up to 10 in Premium). Full tenders (ITTs) are quoted as a custom offer after the review, paid in milestones.
What happens to the Basic fee if I go ahead?
The Basic fee is credited against the price of the full bid if you go ahead.
