I fix things. Twenty years as an engineer taught me that when something's broken you don't panic - you find the fault and sort it. I do the same with Pinterest accounts and Shopify stores. On Pinterest I work data-first - keyword research, SEO pins, and scheduling that works with the algorithm. I took my own account from under 1 percent click-through to 14 percent by reading the data.
