Are unanswered guest messages costing you 5-star reviews? I'm Carla, an Airbnb co-host and virtual assistant with 10+ years in hospitality and short-term rentals. I manage guest messaging for Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com hosts, in your voice and on your guests' time zone.

What time zone do you work in?
I'm based in Bali (UTC+8) and work around your listings' time zone. I've covered US Pacific, Eastern and Hawaii time at once using split shifts.
Which platforms and tools do you use?
Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com directly, plus Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable and Hostfully. I've also used HubSpot, Latch and KeyCafe for remote access.
How do you handle maintenance issues?
I get a guest photo or video first, then send you a clear summary so you can decide quickly. Urgent issues follow the escalation rules you set.
Can guests get refunds without your approval?
No. Every refund, discount or compensation request goes to you first.
Do you have Superhost experience?
Yes. I've worked on Superhost accounts and know the response, rating and cancellation standards that keep that status.
What's your response time?
5 to 10 minutes during covered hours, so guests never wait long and small issues are handled before they become bad reviews.
Can I start small?
Yes. The Basic package is a 1-day trial for 1 listing so you can see how I work before committing to weekly coverage.
What do you need to get started?
Platform or PMS access, house rules, check-in instructions, Wi-Fi and parking details, and your preferred tone. I'll turn it into a quick reference guide.

It was a good experience. She was very fast, sharp and knowlegeable. My time ran out pretty quick for the price I paid. It was more like an assignment base instead of a VA. I needed more assistance and the time kept running out. But overall she was a rock star !!!!!
