Are unanswered guest messages costing you 5-star reviews? I'm Carla, a Bali-based Airbnb co-host and virtual assistant with 10+ years in short-term rental and hospitality with hands-on experience across 250+ properties for a US management company, plus my own luxury villa's host history since 2016.
I handle guest messaging end-to-end: pre-arrival questions, check-in/check-out coordination, in-stay issues, and review follow-up, in your voice, on your schedule. What time zone do you work in?
I'm based in Bali (WITA, UTC+8) and build coverage around your listings' time zone, I've run split-shift coverage across US Pacific, Eastern and Hawaii time at once.
Which platforms and software do you use?
Guesty, Hostaway, Hospitable, Airbnb, VRBO and Booking.com directly, plus HubSpot for CRM and Latch/KeyCafe for remote access coordination.
How do you handle maintenance issues?
I collect a guest photo or video before escalating anything to you, so you get real information, not guesswork.
Can guests get refunds without your approval?
No, every refund routes through you. I never approve one on my own.
Do you have your own Superhost account?
Not personally, but every property I've managed, including a 5-bedroom Bali villa since 2016 and 40+ Melbourne listings, has held Superhost status under my care.
What's your typical response time?
2–5 minutes during covered hours. I've supported a 250+ property portfolio under that same SLA and met it consistently.
I only need a few extra hours; add hours, or upgrade my package?
A couple of extra hours on Basic is fine. Past 5–6 hours, Standard is usually better value, up to 5 listings plus a weekly report, for close to the same cost. Message me and I'll help you pick what fits your listing volume.

It was a good experience. She was very fast, sharp and knowlegeable. My time ran out pretty quick for the price I paid. It was more like an assignment base instead of a VA. I needed more assistance and the time kept running out. But overall she was a rock star !!!!!
