About me
I'm an engineer in the defense industry with a Master of Science in Finance. So I do two things well: I build things that actually work, and I understand the numbers behind them. What I build for clients: Excel financial models and trackers with real formulas (not hardcoded numbers), Python scripts that automate boring data work, and small web tools. I've built and published my own spreadsheet products and an open-source portfolio analytics app, so I know what finished looks like. Solo studio where I design, build, test, and publish my own products: Excel financial trackers and ledgers for small businesses (WhiskLedger, XPIRL, SitterStack), an open-source bilingual AI portfolio analytics app (Faro, faroquant.com), and a bilingual mobile estimating app for contractors (TalkEstimate). Everything ships with tests and documentation. Day job: engineer in the defense industry.
