What is included in each package?
Basic includes one custom desktop screen. Standard includes two linked screens with database search and CSV export. Premium includes up to four connected screens for a small administrative workflow. All packages include source code developed for the order.
Is this a ready-made legal practice management system?
No. This Gig provides custom software development based on the selected package and agreed requirements. My portfolio showcases a separate professional legal management project, but its complete proprietary application is not included.
Can you customize the software for my country or language?
Yes, country-specific interface settings and languages can be planned as custom development. Currency, dates, terminology and administrative fields can be adapted. Local legal rules and translations require separate review and validation.
Does the software work on Windows, macOS and Linux?
The advertised packages target Windows desktop applications using Python, Tkinter and SQLite. Linux, macOS and cloud-based solutions require a separate feasibility assessment. Local applications can operate without an internet connection.
Will I receive the source code?
Yes. Source code developed specifically for your order is included in the selected package. Existing proprietary applications, private repositories, third-party licensed components and unrelated internal development tools are not included.
Can you add PDF tools, advanced security or integrations?
These features may be considered as separate custom developments after a technical review. Advanced PDF workflows, encryption, multi-user access, cloud services and external integrations are not included in the standard packages.
Can you improve an existing application?
Yes, I can review an existing Python desktop project and discuss debugging, database improvements, interface changes or additional modules. You must own the application or have permission to modify it. The final scope requires a technical assessment.
How do you handle confidential client information?
Development and testing should begin with synthetic or anonymized data. Please do not send real legal case files, personal records, passwords or confidential documents before we agree on appropriate security requirements and a safe handling process.
What is included in revisions and delivery?
Revisions cover adjustments within the approved requirements and package limits. New modules, major redesigns and additional integrations require a separate quote. Delivery includes the agreed files and instructions; ongoing maintenance is not automatically included.
What information do you need before starting?
Please describe your business workflow, required screens, data fields, preferred interface language, Windows version and expected features. Share anonymized examples when useful. Contact me through Fiverr before ordering so we can confirm the scope, price and schedule.
