FAQ
1️⃣ How do I get a quote for my project?
Share your workflow details, for example: TRIGGER: -new facebook lead ACTIONS: (what should happen) -add to Google Sheets -upload to HubSpot -send mail -wait 1 day -send follow-up -generate contract You can describe it here in the chat, in a Google Doc, or in Miro.
2️⃣ What platforms do you work with?
CRMs: GoHighLevel, HubSpot, PipeDrive Databases & PM: Airtable, Google Sheets, ClickUp, Monday, SmartSuite, Notion eCommerce: Shopify, WooCommerce Finance: Stripe, Xero Marketing: Instantly, Facebook & Instagram Leads Contracts & Onboarding: DocuSign, PandaDoc, JotForm AI Automations: ChatGPT/OpenAI
3️⃣Do you work with simple automations or only complex ones?
Both. From a simple 2-step automation to advanced multi-scenario systems with dozens of steps. I'll recommend the right package once I understand your workflow.
4️⃣ I need to give you access to my accounts?
Yes. I'll need access to your Make.com account and temporary admin access to the platforms you want to connect. For secure credential sharing, I recommend LastPass — it allows you to share passwords without revealing them directly.
5️⃣ I don't want to share access for security reasons. What are my options?
No problem. I offer a 1-on-1 Live Session via Zoom where you share your screen and I work directly on your computer using remote access — so all your credentials stay on your side at all times. Check that gig here: https://www.fiverr.com/s/1qDjP4k
6️⃣ What if my automation breaks after delivery?
All deliveries include a 7-day guarantee. If something stops working due to the original build within that period, I'll fix it at no extra cost. Issues caused by third-party platform changes (API updates, platform outages) after delivery are not covered but can be resolved under a new order.
7️⃣ Do you help with API integrations and webhooks?
Yes. API calls and webhooks are supported and considered advanced implementations. These may require reviewing the platform's official documentation and are quoted accordingly.
8️⃣ Do I need a paid Make.com plan?
free plan is limited to 2 active automations, it might work for simple automations. But complex workflows you'll definetely need a paidplan. But no worries I'll also coach you so you can get the plan that fits your needs before you commit to anything.
9️⃣ Can you fix or improve an automation someone else built?
Yes. I can audit, fix, or optimize existing scenarios. Share access to your Make.com account and describe the issue or improvement needed — I'll review it and give you a quote.
🔟 Do you offer 1-on-1 Live Consulting sessions?
Yes! If you'd like a live session to review your workflows, plan your automation strategy, or get guidance on Make.com, I have a dedicated gig for that. Check that GIG here: https://www.fiverr.com/s/1qDjP4k
