A: After you place your order I will send you a brief questionnaire and schedule a consultation call to understand exactly what you need before writing a single line of code.
Q: Do I need to know anything about Excel or Access?
A: Not at all! That is my job. You just need to know your business problem and I will handle the rest.
Q: What if the finished product is not what I expected?
A: That rarely happens because we discuss requirements thoroughly upfront. Each package includes revisions and the Premium package includes a mid-project review to catch any misalignments early.
Q: Do you work with Mac or Windows?
A: My solutions are built for Windows based Excel and Access. Mac compatibility is limited for VBA applications.
Q: What do I need to provide to get started?
A: A description of your business problem, any existing data in spreadsheet or document form, and about an hour for our initial consultation.
Q: How do you handle my business data?
A: Your data is completely confidential. I do not share, sell, or retain your business information after project completion.
Q: Can you add features after the project is complete?
A: Absolutely! Many clients come back for enhancements. Additional work is quoted based on scope and complexity.
Q: What happens if I experience errors or issues after the project is complete?
A: I stand behind my work. If you experience errors directly related to the original build within 30 days of delivery I will fix them at no charge. After that I am always available for maintenance and support at my standard hourly rate.
Q: What kind of user documentation is included?
A: Every solution includes a built in user manual accessible within the program. Basic packages include essential instructions while Standard and Premium include more comprehensive documentation. Standalone PDF or professionally bound printed manuals are available for an additional fee.
