We built our holiday home on Kangaroo Island and to help pay for it we rent it out on AirBnB for between $450 and $750 per night. I manage all the bookings through various booking online platforms such as booking.com and AirBNB.com. I liaise with all guests, cleaners and maintenance issues. I styled the home utilising Facebook Marketplace, refurbishing old for new. We had a special dining table made which is the hero piece and all beds were also new. This will be our retirement home, but for now it is a generous income source for us.
