Do I need to contact you before placing an order?

Do I need to send you the product?
Yes, if the video requires a physical product, it must be shipped to me in Germany before filming. Please contact me before ordering so we can coordinate the delivery and production timeline.
What languages can you create UGC in?
I can create UGC in English and Brazilian Portuguese. My content can be adapted to your brand’s audience, tone of voice and creative direction.
What is included in a revision?
A revision includes reasonable editing adjustments based on the original brief, such as changes to cuts, captions or on-screen text. Reshoots or changes to an approved concept or script are not included as a standard revision and may require an additional fee.
How do usage rights work?
Each package includes 3 months of usage rights. If you need to use the content for a longer period, additional usage rights can be purchased as a Gig Extra.
Can I receive the raw footage?
Yes! Raw footage is available as a Gig Extra. You’ll receive the unedited clips captured during the production of your UGC video. Usage rights remain subject to the terms of your order.
Can you create a custom offer for my project?
Absolutely! If you need multiple videos, additional hooks, a different video length or something outside the listed packages, send me a message with your brief and I’ll be happy to discuss a custom offer.
