No! All types of people benefit from body doubles/accountability partners! ADHD and Non-ADHD people are all welcome!
Do you provide assessments to receive a diagnosis of ADHD?
No! If you suspect you have ADHD, the best advice is for you to talk to your doctor. I can only provide behavioral strategies that have helped me cope.
Are you a doctor/licensed medical professional?
No! While I do have a psychology degree, I am not a licensed doctor or therapist. I do not provide medical advice or diagnoses.

Carrie can really walk you out of task paralysis and get you started, she will help find your priority and knows when to back off and let you work and went to firmly but kindly guide you back on path. Great coach especially for the mental side of executive dysfunction. Never felt judged, and was very flexible and accommodating. Can’t say enough good things.
