Do you use AI to write code?
We use AI for research and testing, but the code itself is written manually by our developers. Everything is built and reviewed by a person before it goes near your live theme.
What is your quality assurance process?
Nothing is delivered untested. Every build runs on staging first: cross-browser and mobile checks, test purchases through checkout, and a full walkthrough before anything touches your live store.
Do you work with GitHub?
Yes. We push to your repo, open merge requests, and keep the commit history clean so your team can review before anything hits your live theme. If you don't us it, we can work on a theme copy.
Who'll work on my project? Do you outsource?
No, we do not outsource. Cart Blender is a 7-person in-house team, and the same specialists who scope your project build it from start to finish. Your store data never passes through a freelancer or third-party contractor - only the people you are actually talking to.
Will I be able to edit sections and content myself?
Yes. We build on Online Store 2.0 with schema-driven sections and zero hardcoding, so every section is editable through Shopify's theme customizer or by editing metafields/metaobjects. You can update text, images, and layout yourself. Nothing is locked to us.
How can I share feedback? How will we communicate?
Mainly through Fiverr messages, where you can share feedback and files anytime. We also hold sync calls at least once every 2 weeks to review progress together. For larger projects, we can set up a shared Asana board (or join your task manager software) to track tasks and milestones in one place.
How many revisions are included?
We keep polishing until you are happy with the result. But if revisions push the project past the hours we originally estimated, we will flag it and let you decide whether to continue at an adjusted cost, so there are no surprises either way.
Is the price fixed or will it change after the project start?
Fixed. We quote a fixed price for a fixed scope before work starts. If you request additional features or revision rounds outside the agreed scope and estimated hours, we'll flag it and quote separately before any extra work begins.
What does the 30-day warranty cover?
If the code we build does not work correctly because of something we missed, we fix it at no extra cost under warranty. If the issue comes from a new requirement or scope extension that was not part of the original brief, that is quoted separately.
What's the project timeline?
It depends on scope. We confirm your exact timeline during scoping, before work begins, so there are no surprises once the project is underway. How fast and clearly you provide feedback/input also plays a big role, so the timeline is a shared responsibility.
