Our agency will migrate prestashop with SEO protected or do prestashop website upgrade

We take SEO preservation seriously: every URL we migrate gets a 301 redirect, metadata and slugs stay intact, and we monitor rankings for 60 days. Temporary fluctuation is normal within 2-6 weeks. Some system-generated or parameter-based URLs Google indexed sit outside what gets redirected.

Very unlikely. We migrate your products, customers, and order history using our own in-house-developed "migration engine", refined for precision since 2018. We audit every record before launch and flag anything that cannot be transferred due to technical constraints, so you know upfront.

Your current site stays live and untouched throughout the process. We take a full backup of your live store and migrate and extract data from that backup, never editing the live site directly. Your new Shopify store is built separately, with traffic redirected once you test and approve it.

Usually just a few minutes, so most of your customers never notice. It can be longer in two cases: if you have a large store with a high volume of items to sync during the final delta migration, or due to DNS propagation delays from your domain provider.

Fixed. We quote a fixed price for a fixed scope before work starts. If you request additional features or revision rounds outside the agreed scope and estimated hours, we'll flag it and quote separately before any extra work begins.

Yes, but only as part of the Full Website Migration to Shopify. We'll rebuild it with UI/UX improvements, keeping the design true to your brand. It won't be a 1:1 recreation, though, unless required. We can also do a full redesign or only migrate data with no design work involved.

Yes. Before placing an order, we can run a small sample batch at no cost, typically a portion of products, customers, and orders, to confirm the process works cleanly on your specific store setup before committing to the rest.

Not a problem. We run a final delta sync – a "recent data migration", as we call it – right before cutover, capturing any orders, customers, or products created since the initial migration.

It covers bug fixes, technical troubleshooting, small adjustments, and technical advice after launch – all at no extra cost. Please note that it doesn't include new features or tasks that extend the initially agreed project scope beyond the estimated hours stated in the SOW.

No, we do not outsource. Cart Blender is a 7-person in-house team, and the same specialists who scope your project build it from start to finish. Your store data never passes through a freelancer or third-party contractor - only the people you are actually talking to.
