Yes, for authentic UGC I need the actual product in hand. If you can't ship in time for the season, let's talk about a spec/mockup option instead, but physical product always performs better.
Can you work without a script?
Yes. I write my own hooks and scripts based on your brand voice and product info. If you have brand guidelines or messaging you want me to follow, send them over in the requirements form and I'll build around them.
Do I own the content?
You get full usage rights for the tier you purchase. Basic is organic use only. Standard and Premium include paid ad usage on Meta and TikTok. I retain the right to use the content in my own portfolio unless we agree otherwise.
What's whitelisting and do I need it?
Whitelisting means running ads directly from my creator handle instead of yours, which usually performs better because it reads as organic. It's included in Premium. If you want it added to Basic or Standard, message me before ordering.
How fast can you turn this around?
Delivery times are listed per package. Fall and Christmas are my busiest booking windows, so the earlier you order, the more flexibility we have on shoot dates and revisions.
Can I get a raw, unedited version?
Basic includes one raw clip. Premium includes no captions/overlays, alongside the final edits so you have flexibility to cut your own versions later.
What if I need a rush order?
Rush delivery is available for an additional fee, message me before ordering so I can confirm I have room in the shoot schedule.
