I build web apps, scrapers and AI tools that businesses actually use. Feasibility study for a Radboud University training institute: wrote the decision document on scope, GDPR, costs, benefits and planning that led to building a file checker. File checker for the same institute: built a tool that checks student records for completeness, with rules traced to the assessment guidelines and a local language model on university servers for the checks that need interpretation, so that student data never leaves the university and the coordinator remains the decision maker. Validated on real records and estimated to save about 300 hours of checking a year. Advisory report for a mobility service provider: interviewed staff from the shop floor to management, turned the findings into a process model and recommended a rule-based design with AI in a supporting role, which the management team adopted. Datalab events for entrepreneurs: presented at an AI meetup and an entrepreneurs' day.

Stock optimisation for a retailer with 11 stores: quantified 8.4 million euros a year in missed revenue by cause, designed monitoring that now runs as a live BI dashboard and backtested a new stock formula worth 1.4 million euros a year. AI coach for a training institute: built a chatbot with its own knowledge base, switched language models on cost and quality and cut costs by about 31% with prompt caching. Structured data for an AI search agency: built a TypeScript service that generates, validates and writes back schema.org data for WooCommerce and Shopify shops, production-ready within two weeks. Trend monitoring for an e-commerce client: built a platform that scrapes large web shops daily, turns the data into trend signals with one combined score and shows them in a dashboard, running in production. Ticket analysis for an IT service provider: agreed the research questions with management, analysed support tickets in Python and SPSS and reported how much time each change would save.
