Hi, I'm Gabriel, based in Switzerland.
I turn invoices, receipts and PDF documents into organised Excel or CSV data you can actually use.
For invoices and receipts I capture: supplier, date, VAT/sales tax rate and amount, total and currency. Invoice number and line items on request.
Swiss-precision checks:
- Totals and VAT recalculated on Structured and Complete Dataset
- Unreadable or doubtful fields flagged for you to check
- Consistent formats; duplicates removed on Complete Dataset
- CHF, EUR, USD and your date format
- Excel or CSV, in the column layout your software (QuickBooks, Xero, bexio, Banana) expects
Receipts in English, French or German, including rotated photos. Very faded or blurry parts are flagged so you can check them.
Confidential: files are used only for your order, and I delete my working copies within 14 days of order completion.

FAQ
What counts as a 'record'?
One invoice or receipt (up to 2 pages), or one row of data. Long multi-page invoices may count as more; I'll tell you before you order.
Can you work with photos of receipts?
Yes, with the Scans, Per 5 Records extra (+$10 per 5 records). Blurry or faded parts are flagged for you to check.
Do you check the numbers?
On Structured and Complete Dataset, totals and VAT are recalculated and any mismatch is flagged. Extract is a clean extraction of the fields you choose.
Can you collect data from websites?
Not in this gig. I work from the documents you send: PDFs, scans and photos.
Can you use my template?
Yes. Send me your column layout. A custom template is quoted as a custom offer, and I fill it in exactly that layout.
Is my data confidential?
Yes. Files are used only for your order. I delete my working copies within 14 days of order completion. Fiverr keeps its own copy of order messages and files.
