About me
Hi! I’m Catalina, a life coach with a degree in psychology from Medellín, Colombia. I support adults through big life changes, like a move, a career shift, a breakup, or a new stage of life, helping them find meaning, calm and direction.
My approach is holistic: meaning-centered tools from logotherapy (Viktor Frankl), practical cognitive-behavioral techniques, and a Montessori-trained respect for each person’s pace.
I’ve also taught Spanish to adults. Many reviews below come from those students, who were often going through big changes too.
