Full noise reduction and clean up on all tracks, EQ and compression so each track is prominent but balanced, full stereo imaging (or surround if you'd prefer), and discreet reverb if required to make all tracks sound as if they're in the same studio. All followed with professional mastering to glue it all together for that polished podcast.
