My name is Carlos Otárola. I´ve been working for 30 years as First Oboe at the National Symphony Orchestra (Perú). Currently teaching at the National University of Music. I have a Bachelor and Masters degree in music performance and public relations. I have participated in many different recordings with professional Peruvian artists, in which I interpretated diverse musical genres.
