I will review, troubleshoot, fix your pcb and schematic design before manufacturing
PCB Design and Embedded Hardware Engineer
About this Gig
Before you send your PCB Layout Design to JLCPCB, PCBWay, or NextPCB, an engineering check can save a failed PCB prototype.
I will review your existing PCB design, schematic design, Gerbers, BOM, and layout to find problems that may affect function, reliability or manufacturing.
I will check for:
- Schematic-to-PCB consistency
- Component placement and footprints
- PCB Routing, clearances and trace widths
- Power and Ground sections
- DRC/ERC issues
- Connector and interface connections
- Manufacturability problems
You will receive clear findings and practical recommendations, not a generic checklist. If you want, I can also correct the identified PCB design issues in custom orders.
I work with KiCad, Altium Designer and EasyEDA.
This service is for PCB design files and engineering analysis. Physical bench testing, firmware debugging, RF/high-speed analysis, high-voltage or safety-critical designs may require a custom offer.
Send your PCB files and project requirements before ordering to figure out what's needed.
FAQ
Can you review both my PCB layout and schematic?
Yes. The Standard and Premium packages are designed for reviewing the schematic together with the PCB layout and checking that they agree with each other.
Can you find PCB design errors before manufacturing?
Yes. I can check the schematic, layout, routing, footprints, clearances, power/ground sections, DRC/ERC results and other obvious manufacturing-related issues.
Can you troubleshoot an existing PCB that is not working?
Yes, if the problem can be investigated from the design files, measurements, test results or other information you provide. Physical hardware testing may require a custom offer.
Can you fix the PCB problems you find?
Yes. Corrections to identified design issues can be arranged within an agreed scope.
Can you review ESP32, STM32 or Arduino PCBs?
Yes. I can review embedded boards using ESP32, STM32, Arduino-related hardware and other microcontrollers.
Do you provide a report?
Yes. Depending on the package, you receive a concise or detailed findings report with practical recommendations and annotated information where useful.
