What access do you need?
Usually the code (a repository or zip) and steps to reproduce the bug. For live sites, a staging or limited-access login is best. Never send your main passwords in chat; use the requirements form.
Do you work on WordPress or Shopify?
This gig is for custom-coded sites and apps. Message me about other platforms before ordering and I'll tell you honestly if I can help.
Who pays for hosting and other services?
You do. Hosting, databases and other service accounts stay in your name and are billed to you. I'm not responsible for their fees, outages or terms.
What if you can't fix it?
I review the problem before you order, so surprises are rare. If the cause turns out to be outside the code I can access, like a third-party service outage, I'll explain what I found and we'll agree on next steps.
