About me
I have done quite a bit of technical writing throughout my career; I started as a telecommunications engineer in the Air Force, writing detailed instructions for custom telecommunications projects at various Air Force bases worldwide. After my active duty commitment was up, I became a civilian CAD design supervisor, and continued to provide written instructions for telecom projects, as well as detailed diagrams and installation maps. I became a customer account manager for a software company in 2020, and honed my writing skills further, crafting custom reports for executive-level clients.
