What information do you need before starting?
I need your business name, website, Google Business Profile link, service areas, primary services, target customers, and main competitors. Optimization packages also require authorized manager access to the profile. Please do not send your Google password.
Do you guarantee first-page or top-three Google rankings?
No. Google rankings depend on location, competition, website quality, reviews, relevance, prominence, and other factors outside any freelancer’s control. I provide accurate optimization and practical recommendations, but I do not guarantee rankings.
Can you work on a suspended or unverified profile?
Suspension reinstatement and verification are not included in these packages. Contact me before ordering if your profile is suspended, unverified, duplicated, or restricted so I can determine whether the project is suitable.
Will you need my Google account password?
No. Never send your password. For Standard or Premium optimization, you can invite me as an authorized manager through your Google Business Profile settings.
Does the service include more than one business location?
No. Each package includes one Google Business Profile location. Additional locations require a separate order or custom offer because each location needs its own audit, research, and optimization.
