FAQ
Why do these illustrations have a different price than children’s book illustrations?
These are standalone illustrations, created as unique compositions with a strong focus on the character, mood, and overall scene. Since they are not part of a larger sequence, each piece is developed individually with special attention to detail, storytelling, and emotional impact.
What levels of complexity do you offer?
I offer different levels depending on the needs of the illustration, from a simple character with no background, to a character with a soft or minimal environment, up to fully detailed scenes with rich backgrounds. Pricing varies based on this level of complexity.
Can a single illustration later become part of a larger project or series?
Yes, absolutely. I work with strong visual consistency, so a character or scene can easily evolve into a series or a full project while maintaining coherence in style, colors, and storytelling.
Do I need to contact you before placing an order?
Yes, I highly recommend it. This allows us to align expectations, define the level of detail, and make sure the illustration fits exactly what you’re looking for before starting.
What do you need from me to start?
Any reference is helpful, descriptions, mood, colors, personality, or inspiration images. The more I understand your idea, the better I can bring it to life in a meaningful and expressive way.
