About me
I am a calligraphic writer for about 15 years, especially in Seal Script /Clerical Script/Regular Script.
Seal Script is the oldest formal script. Characters are composed of intricate, flowing, and symmetrical curved lines. It born from Qin Dynasty (221–206 BC) and earlier. The visual effect is Ancient, mystical, and highly decorative.
Clerical Script are flatter and wider, with a distinctive "silkworm head and swallowtail" – a thick, rounded start to horizontal strokes that ends in a sharp, upward flick. It looks elegant, dignified, and formally structured.
