FAQ
Do I need to share my entire Google Drive?
No — only the specific Sheet or Form needed for automation. Your data remains secure.
Can you match my exact letterhead or branding?
Absolutely! I can replicate your logo, colors, fonts, and layout to match your existing brand identity or letterhead perfectly.
Can you automate sending PDFs via email?
Yes, I can set up automation so your PDFs are generated and sent directly to designated email addresses — saving you time and effort.
Can the generated PDF be customized with my company branding?
Yes, I set up custom Google Doc/Slides templates with your logo, fonts, layout, and dynamic response fields.
Does the user receive the generated PDF immediately?
Yes, as soon as the Google Form is submitted, the workflow automatically generates the PDF and emails it as an attachment in seconds.
How many PDFs can be generated at once?
Depending on your dataset size, I can generate multiple PDFs simultaneously. For large batches, I’ll optimize the process to ensure smooth performance and quick delivery.
