FAQ
Do you provide the SAP license or software?
No. SAP licenses and software downloads require your own valid license and S-user credentials from the SAP Support Portal. I use your credentials or the media you provide to perform the installation.
Do I need to provide the server/hardware?
Yes. You provide the server or VM with the required OS, CPU, RAM, and disk, plus remote access (SSH/RDP). I handle the SAP installation and configuration on it. I can advise on sizing before you order.
Which SAP systems can you install?
S/4HANA, ECC, and NetWeaver-based systems, on HANA, Oracle, or MS SQL Server databases.
What if the environment isn't ready when the order starts?
Delivery time begins once all requirements (server access, credentials, prepared OS) are provided. Delays in providing these may extend the delivery timeline.
Can you do a system copy or set up a sandbox?
Yes, both are available as Gig Extras. System copy refreshes QAS/DEV from production; sandbox setup provides an isolated test system.
Do you offer support after installation?
Yes. A basic post-installation health check is included in the Premium package. Ongoing Basis support is available through my BASIC and STANDARD packages.
