- Standard - up to 3 sheets, PDF + editable DWG, layout sheets (2 revisions)

Can you stamp/certify the drawings?
No — I provide drafting only, not engineering. Where a PE stamp is required, you'd arrange that with a local licensed engineer. I'll deliver a clean set ready for that review.
What do you need to start?
A sketch or marked-up PDF with rough dimensions, plus the project location and type. The more detail, the faster and more accurate the result.
Do I get an editable file?
Standard and Premium include the editable DWG plus PDF. Basic is delivered as PDF.
Do you work with U.S. codes?
Yes — I draft to U.S. codes and units daily for a Colorado firm, and deliver permit-oriented sets.
