About me
I'm Damian, Head of YouTube Growth at a Polish comedy agency, where I run analytics, SEO and packaging for shows with 87M+ combined views. I also lead community and online reputation at FirstPromoter, a B2B SaaS company, and produce a daily AI animated cartoon series with custom character voices.
I help creators and SaaS brands with YouTube audits and growth plans, thumbnails that lift CTR, AI animated videos and video ads.
