As an assistant property manager, I managed delinquency, renewals, leasing, and vendor scheduling. I was consistently under 1% delinquent on all resident accounts, we consistently remained above 93% occupied, and our turnover rate was below industry standards for our market. I was able to schedule vendors 60 days in advance with the notice/move out process that I implemented upon arrival, and I was able to enter POs for all services and good ordered before the invoices arrived, creating a streamline for accrual record keeping.
