It says they are English but I suspect they are not. The pictures delivered were only accepted as it was the weekend and I didn't check my emails - this system automatically does that for some reason. The pictures are not anywhere near acceptable, wish I had used someone else. We have explained to them...

Should have told me that what I wanted from the photo would not result in something realistic looking. £20 totally wasted. Unusable picture. Even after giving feedback that the result isn't good there was no further response.
