I accept STEP/STP, IGES/IGS, STL, FBX, OBJ, and 3DS files. If your format isn't listed, feel free to contact me before ordering.
Do I need to provide materials or colors?
If you already have material references, colors, or finish specifications, please send them. If not, I can recreate similar materials based on reference images or industry-standard finishes.
What if my product has a logo or display screen?
Please provide your logo, labels, decals, or display screen artwork so they can be accurately applied to the final render.
Can you create product animations?
Yes. Product animation is available as an extra service. I can create a smooth 360° turntable animation (up to 10 seconds). Contact me for pricing and delivery details.
What resolution will I receive?
Standard delivery is 3000 × 3000 px high-resolution images with a pure white background. Other resolutions or transparent PNGs are available on request.
Do you provide source files?
