Do you need access to my Google account?
No. Never send me your password or a sign-in code. You keep ownership of the profile and add me as a Manager using the Google email I provide in the order chat. You can remove that access when the work is complete.
What if my profile is unverified or suspended?
Message me before ordering. I can review the profile info, prepare corrections, and explain the next step. Verification and reinstatement decisions belong to Google; I cannot promise approval or a timeframe, and some cases require the owner to complete a video, document, or other Google check.
How long until my changes show on Google?
Some accepted edits appear quickly, while others need Google review and can take several days. I will tell you which changes were submitted and which are waiting on Google or on information only the owner can provide.
Do you guarantee a #1 ranking?
No — and you should be cautious of any seller who does. A complete, accurate profile gives customers reliable information and removes avoidable problems, but rankings also depend on location, competition, reviews, and factors Google does not let a freelancer control.
What do you need from me?
Your business name, address or service areas, phone number, hours, website and social links, services, and any logo or photos you want used. I also need you to add the Google email I provide as a profile Manager before work begins.
I do not show customers my home or office address. Can you still help?
Yes. If you are a service-area business, we can set up the areas you serve and keep the address hidden where Google permits that format.
