About this Gig
Is your AWS serverless deployment failing, stuck in ROLLBACK_COMPLETE, or showing unclear Lambda and CloudFormation errors?
I will diagnose the root cause, apply a clean fix, and explain what was changed so you can deploy with confidence.
I can help you fix:
- AWS Lambda runtime, timeout, trigger, environment, and permission errors
- Serverless Framework deployment, plugin, stage, and variable issues
- CloudFormation failed resources, rollback states, and update errors
- IAM role and permission problems
- API Gateway, S3, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, DynamoDB, and CloudWatch integrations
- VPC, Parameter Store, environment configuration, and CI/CD deployment failures
You will receive:
- Root-cause diagnosis
- Updated configuration or source files
- Deployment verification in the agreed environment
- A clear summary of the issue and applied changes
I do not require AWS root credentials. We can work using sanitized logs, temporary least-privilege access, or guided screen sharing.

FAQ
Which package should I choose?
Choose Basic for one contained error, Standard for one failed deployment involving up to three related AWS services, and Premium for a complex multi-service or multi-environment deployment. Message me first when the correct scope is unclear.
Can you work on a production environment?
Yes, after the scope and access method are agreed. Production work should use temporary least-privilege access, buyer approval, and an appropriate backup or rollback plan.
What is considered a revision?
A revision is an adjustment to the delivered fix for the originally agreed issue. A new error, service, environment, repository, or feature is separate work.
Do I need to give you access to my AWS account?
Not always. Many issues can be diagnosed using sanitized logs, configuration files, deployment output, and source code. If AWS access is necessary, temporary least-privilege access or guided screen sharing can be used.
Do you need my AWS root credentials?
No. Never provide AWS root credentials. I use the minimum temporary access required for the agreed task, and you can revoke that access after delivery.
Can you fix a CloudFormation ROLLBACK_COMPLETE error?
Yes, I can diagnose the failed resource and determine the safest recovery approach. The exact solution depends on the stack, existing resources, and whether any data must be preserved.
Which AWS services can you troubleshoot?
I primarily support Lambda, CloudFormation, API Gateway, IAM, S3, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, VPC configuration, Parameter Store, and related serverless deployment services.
Which Lambda programming languages do you support?
My strongest support is for Node.js, TypeScript, Java, and Go projects. Many CloudFormation, IAM, Serverless Framework, and API Gateway problems can also be resolved independently of the Lambda runtime.
Can you fix GitHub Actions or another CI/CD deployment?
Yes, when the pipeline problem directly concerns the AWS serverless deployment. A wider CI/CD redesign or several pipelines will require an extra or custom offer.
Does the package price include AWS usage charges?
No. AWS infrastructure, service usage, domain, storage, data transfer, and other cloud charges remain the buyer’s responsibility.
