Will you change my configuration or guarantee a fix?
No. This package covers read-only diagnosis and written findings within the selected time limit. Any change, reboot, upgrade or implementation needs a separate agreed scope, explicit authorization and an appropriate maintenance window.
Does this cover clusters, Ceph or data recovery?
No. The scope is one Proxmox VE node, one virtual machine and one agreed issue. Cluster redesign, Ceph troubleshooting, migrations and recovery of lost data are excluded. Please confirm the environment and symptoms before ordering.
What evidence should I provide?
Provide the Proxmox version, relevant node/VM configuration, exact error, recent changes, a simple network diagram if relevant, and redacted logs. Never send passwords or private keys in chat. We confirm the scope and schedule before ordering.
