Q: Can I request any type of design?
A: Mostly yes. My specialty is marketing materials, workbooks, lead magnets, course content, and brand graphics. If it's outside my wheelhouse, I'll let you know upfront.
Q: What if I don't have deliverables one month?
A: You can roll over unused hours to the next month (up to 2 months). Or we can pause the retainer for a month if you need a break.
Q: Can I increase/decrease my tier?
A: Yes. We can adjust at the start of any month with a week's notice.
Q: Do you work with my existing brand guide?
A: Absolutely. If you have brand colors, fonts, or style preferences, send them over and I'll stick to them. If you don't have one, I can help develop that.
Q: How long does a retainer last?
A: Starts immediately. You can cancel anytime with 7 days notice. No lock-in period. No refunds.
