Do you need access to my Shopify store to fix the issue?
Yes, in most cases. I'll need either Shopify collaborator access or a staff account with limited permissions. You can grant this through Shopify Settings with Users and permissions Collaborators. I never ask for your login password, official collaborator access is safer for both of us.
What if my issue is not listed in the gig description?
No problem, message me first with details (a screenshot, Loom video, or store link) and I will let you know honestly whether I can fix it, how long it will take, and which package fits best. I'd rather confirm scope upfront than leave you guessing.
How fast can you fix an urgent issue?
Standard delivery is 1 to 4 days depending on the package, but I do offer rush or urgent fixes for time sensitive problems (e.g., store down, checkout broken). Message me before ordering so I can confirm availability and quote a fair rush timeline.
Will you tell me what caused the problem?
