Thats what I build.
I create custom-coded websites for contractors and service businesses including electricians, plumbers, roofers, builders, landscapers and handymen.
Depending on the package, your site can include services, service areas, project galleries, reviews, click-to-call options, quote forms and dedicated service pages.
I build around your actual business rather than dropping your content into a generic page-builder template.
Theres no compulsory monthly fee or builder subscription from me. Simple sites can often be hosted without a monthly hosting cost, and I include domain connection.
I can also continue looking after the site if you prefer.

Do you use WordPress or a website builder?
No. These sites are custom coded rather than built around WordPress or a page-builder subscription.
Will I have to maintain the website myself?
No. A simple static site can run without you regularly doing anything to it. I also offer optional ongoing support if you would rather have me handle updates and changes.
Are there monthly fees?
There is no compulsory monthly fee from me. Simple sites can often use free hosting. Your domain will normally have a small yearly renewal cost, and some third-party services may charge separately if your project needs them.
What happens after the website launches?
I include one month of post-launch aftercare to make sure everything is working as it should. After that the site can simply continue running, or I can provide ongoing support if you want it.
Can you connect my existing domain?
Yes. If you already own a domain I can connect it to the finished website. If you need a new one, I can help you choose and set it up.
Can you build a quote form?
Yes. A standard quote/enquiry form is included depending on the package. More advanced calculators, conditional quote flows, uploads and custom pricing logic can be scoped separately.
Can you build something more custom than a normal website?
Yes. I can also build custom web tools such as calculators, booking flows, client portals and other small web applications. Message me before ordering so I can scope the functionality properly.
Do I need to provide all the content?
Send whatever you already have: services, photos, reviews, logo and business information. If some of it is missing, I can help structure what is needed for the site.
