Built and run YourCart (yourcart.store), a multi-tenant mobile commerce platform, solo — live on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Flutter storefront and vendor-admin apps, Python/Flask REST API, SQL Server, Azure. Stripe subscription billing and checkout, Firebase auth and push notifications, and a Shopify sales-channel integration. Designed the delivery pipeline end to end: automated per-vendor app provisioning, code signing, store metadata and data-safety declarations, CI/CD on Azure DevOps with Fastlane, and deploy guards protecting production releases. The part most teams stall on — signing, provisioning, store review compliance, release automation — is the part I have automated.
