What documents and business data can the AI chatbot use?
Almost any text-based business content: PDFs, Word, Excel/CSV, PowerPoint, text files, web pages and databases. For example, I built BuildAssist, a chatbot over construction contracts, specifications and safety documents. Scanned PDFs need OCR, so mention them before ordering.
How does the RAG chatbot answer from my documents, and will it make things up?
Your documents are split into searchable passages and stored in a vector database. When someone asks a question, the chatbot retrieves the most relevant passages and writes the answer from them only, showing the source and page. If nothing relevant is found, it says it doesn’t know instead of guessi
Can you add the AI chatbot to my website, app or WhatsApp?
Yes. I can add it as a chat widget on your website, build it into your web app, or connect it to WhatsApp (Standard and above). Tell me where your users are and I’ll recommend the best setup.
Is my data private and secure?
Your documents are used only to build your chatbot and are never shared. I recommend paid AI API plans that don’t train on your data (check the provider’s terms), and for stricter privacy I can deploy on your own server or cloud (Premium). User logins and per-user document storage are available.
What do I need to provide to get started?
A sample of your documents, 10–20 typical questions your users ask, your branding (logo and colors), and where the chatbot should live (website, app, WhatsApp or internal). Message me before ordering and I’ll confirm the scope.
Can you connect the chatbot to my database or CRM and build a multilingual AI chatbot?
Yes. Database or CRM integration is in Premium, and multi-language support is in Standard and above. Tell me which system and languages you need, and I’ll confirm the scope before you order.
