As an independent strategy advisor, I work with founders, brand leaders and established businesses at key decision points — helping clarify what to build, how to position it and where to focus before committing further time or capital. I also advise corporates and premium brands on longer-term strategy and market growth. My work spans early-stage ventures, premium consumer businesses and luxury-positioned brands, combining structured strategic thinking developed across multinational environments with practical judgement from building two businesses myself and investing selectively in others. Before working independently, I built my strategy background across IBM, Oracle and Dell before moving into the luxury sector at LVMH in Paris, where I supported multinational positioning and market development initiatives across categories including fashion, accessories, watches and jewellery, beauty and wines and spirits.
