He is a scammer. I paid an extra fee for 24-hour delivery, and from the very beginning I clearly stated that the final files had to be delivered as vector files. Instead, he sent me a design that looks like it was generated with AI in five minutes, delivered only as JPEG and PNG files. If you don't want to get scammed, stay away from this seller.
